Our marketing preparations also include providing contacts to tradespeople if your property needs renovating.
2. Marketing: Before we place your property on the appropriate media channels (website, real estate portals, Facebook, Instagram etc.), a professional photographer will take attractive pictures of your property while we draw up high-quality floor plans and put together a professional exposé of the property and its location.
3. Tenant selection: We at LEHMANN HUEBER Immobilien handle all inquiries, organize individual inspections and compile a short list of potential tenants. We then recommend the top candidates and provide you with all the relevant documentation and self-disclosure information. We also obtain a (SCHUFA) credit rating for the front-runners. Our greatest desire is to find potential tenants that completely match your particular requirements.
4. Contract signing: After finalizing and drawing up the rental contract, we accompany and support both parties at the contract signing, and document the handover of the property to the new tenant.
